​I started Spray Tan Queen in 2010, but the real story begins earlier. I was working at a solarium, watching people transform. Not just their skin color. Their confidence. Their mood. Back then, spray tans were just starting. The equipment was basic. The results? Orange. Very orange. But people didn't care. You have to start somewhere.

One day, I stood behind the door while a young staff member sprayed a client. "Turn. Arms up. Put your leg out." Cold. Transactional. I watched this woman standing there. Vulnerable. In front of a stranger. Wanting to feel beautiful. Getting nothing but instructions. That's when it hit me. These women needed someone who cared about them. Not someone going through motions.

Spray tanning is personal. You're exposed. With another person. During one of the most intimate services you book. Women needed to feel safe. Comfortable. Seen. That's the problem I set out to solve.

For 15 years now, my mission has been making women feel cared for during this vulnerable moment. Getting a spray tan shouldn't feel clinical. It should feel like someone genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. That's what Spray Tan Queen has always been about.
